Nothing is more genuine than a true personal story written in the first person. This book is easy to read, speaks to everyone, and is both dramatic and comical. I loved it! AND I laughed - because I could identify with it:-) Kudos to this author. GO - READ IT!

Dr. Ferraro's book is straight to the point and I believe the brevity of his book serves to further emphasize the overall message. That is, we can all look back on our commitment, faith and hard work, and celebrate our accomplishments. In his own words on page 31, "For the most part, none of us knew about building a house, but we learned by doing. We made mistakes, but we just kept building." For most of us, we often get discouraged if we make mistakes but I think the notion to "keep building" needs to be seen in all aspects of our lives: marriage, career, and friendships. "Taking one day at a time, having a positive attitude toward life, and hard work will provide the groundwork for you to succeed.

Lastly, the exercises at the end of each chapter help to emphasize the motivational concepts and encourage readers to start working on their goals NOW.

Read this book and don't forget to do the exercises at the end of each chapter. It will be worth it *smile*
